Property Location:The geographical location of the property in relationship to the vicinity.

Property Categories: Apartments: Bachelor, one bedroom or more with living room area and dining room area, which can be found in either a Hotel Lo-rise or Hotel Hi-rise or Villa. May have limited banquet and meeting facilities. Ample parking usually provided.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodations: Located in a house, provides housekeeping and all includes all meals served in the dining area of the house. No banquet or meeting facilities provided. Parking may be limited.

Casino Hotel Accommodations: Can be found in a Hotel Hi-Rise, Hotel Lo-Rise, All Suites, Villa or Convention Center. Provides all modern amenities such as TVs or Data Ports, etc. Ample parking including valet parking. May provide banquet, meeting facilities, convention space, tradeshow space including all services.

Condo Accommodations: May offer daily rates, weekly rates, monthly rates. Guests units usually consists a bedroom, living room and kitchen. Usually kitchen are separate from bedrooms, all equipped with stove, oven or microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils and table settings for the maximum number of people occupying the unit. Basic housekeeping supplies may be available, but daily housekeeping mat not be offered. Some recreational facilities may be offered such as swimming pool, exercise room …etc. Ample parking provided.

Couples OnlyAccommodations : Usually found in resorts and villas where no kids are allowed, only meant for adults.

Resort Accommodations : Location where all services and entertainment are under one roof. They can vary from luxury to budget/economy. Usually all is included under one-price umbrella.

Resort Country Accommodations: Same as resort but with the exception of being located in the country as opposed to be situated in the city.

Motel Casino Accommodations: Usually found in cities where gambling is their major attraction such Las Vegas, Atlantic City …etc. May have limited services such as food services and also may lack some modern amenities such as exercise room, swimming pool, etc.

Ranch-Style Accommodations: Usually found in the western states or western provinces, both in Canada and the United Sates. Includes all meals, services and entertainment provided with your stay. Location is usually on the outskirts of cities.

Timeshare Accommodations: Is usually a condo, villa, cabin, ski resort. A number of weeks or months are purchased in advance shared with a group of people of the same interest but on different dates, and perhaps periods of the year. The property accommodations can include luxury, deluxe, first class, limited service first class, moderate first class, superior tourist class, budget/economy.

Ski Lodge Accommodations: Located usually located in the mountains and ski hills. The property accommodations can vary from luxury to budget/economy class. Usually the property can be categorized by lo-rise. May lack in some amenities pending on the accommodation class. May also offer banquet and meeting facilities. Rates are higher during their ski season.

All-Suite Accommodations : One or more bedrooms and a living room area, which may or may not be closed off from the bedroom.

Hotel Hi-Rise Accommodations : A multi-storey building (generally a minimum of 5 stories), usually including a coffee shop, dining room, lounge, a pool and exercise equipment, room service, convenience shops, valet, laundry, and full banquet and meeting facilities. Parking may be limited.

Hotel Lo-Rise Accommodations: Similar in definition to a Hotel Hi-Rise; may also be referred to as a Motor Inn. Building is usually two or three stories to a maximum of 5 stories. Generally has recreational facilities and food service. May have limited banquet and meeting facilities. Ample parking.

Country Inn Accommodations: Limited service. Guest rooms are decorated with an at-home feeling, and specialized décor may include antiques. May lack some modern amenities such as TVs or phones. Offers a dining room which reflects the ambience of the inn. At a minimum, breakfast and dinner are served. Parking may be limited.

Villa Accommodations: A destination property located in a resort area. Guest units usually consist of a bedroom, living room and kitchen. Kitchens are separate from bedrooms and are equipped with stove, oven or microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils and table settings for the maximum number of people occupying the unit. Basic housekeeping supplies may be available, but daily housekeeping services may not be offered. Usually has recreational facilities for such specific interests as golf or tennis.

Convention Centre: Similar in definition to Hotel Hi-Rise, but with expansive banquet and meeting facilities.

Townhouse Accommodations : A dwelling unit usually with two or three floors, and shared walls. It can be individually owned, a condominium, a cooperative, or rental property.

Property Accommodations:
Luxury Accommodations : An exclusive, elegant and expensive hotel, often palatial, offering the highest standards of service, accommodations and facilities. Elegant and luxurious public rooms. A prestigious address. Establishments in this category are among the world's top hotels.

Deluxe Accommodations : An outstanding property offering many of the same features as Luxury. May be less grand and offer more reasonable rates than Luxury properties, but in many instances may be just as satisfactory.

First Class Accommodations: An average comfortable hotel with standardized rooms, amenities and public areas. Dependable. May have superior executive level or wing.

Limited Service First Class Accommodations : A property offering full first class quality accommodations but has limited public areas, food service and facilities. Usually moderate in size, the design often utilizes a residential scale and architecture, and many offer complementary breakfast and evening cocktails in the lobby. Geared towards the individual business/leisure traveler.

Moderate First Class Accommodations : Basically a first class establishment. Generally comfortable, simple accommodations and public areas. May be lacking in some features (restaurants, for example).

Superior Tourist Class Accommodations: Primarily a budget property with mostly well-kept functional accommodations, some up to first-class standards. Public rooms may be limited or non-existent. Often just a place to sleep, but may have some charming features. May be a good value.

Budget/Economy Accommodations : Good but modest accommodation. Functional, emphasizing clean and comfortable rooms. Economical rates. economy room

Travel Guides Accommodations: Guides that provide detailed information concerning each country or state you intend to travel. Typical travel information consists of places to visit, history of the location, places where locals hang out, tourists traps and more.
