Island Hideaway provides unique lodging in Orlando Florida. Our spacious vacation villas combined with a luxury Florida resort ensures you will enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating family vacation at a cost effective price. Many family vacationers enjoy sitting by the pool or hot tub and relaxing in the Florida sunshine. For others it's enjoying a exciting game of tennis or basketball and getting a massage afterwards. Either way, coming to Orlando, Florida for a family vacation spot will give you a needed break from your day to day routine.

Can I cancel a reservation on-line?
Just call us toll free at 877-257-2582 and speak to our Orlando Family Vacation Specialist and we will handle it.

Is my children's cost included in your rates?
Yes. You are paying for the rooms not the number of indivduals lodging in each vacation villa, suite or room. Maximum occupancy however should not be exceeded.

What does the rate/booking include?
Depending on the room type. (see detailed room descriptions)


What are promotion codes?
These are used to track family vacation lodging specials that are given on a day to day basis.


How do I know I have completed my reservation?
You will receive a email confirmation from our family vacation travel specialists.


What if I have forgotten my confirmation number?
Call Island Hideaway and we will provide the confirmation number.

What is an easy access room?
These rooms are located at ground floor level. Most of our vacation villas, suites and rooms are ground floor level.


What is you exclusive zip-in check-in?
This allows you to check in to your vacation villa, suite or room from the comfort of your car. We will provide a room card which will give you access inside the property and inside your vacation villa.


When is housekeeping done?
To ensure that you have clean linens and a fresh bed, we have our housekeeping department deliver fresh linens to your room just before your arrival. We think you will agree that having fresh cleaned linens is what you expect when traveling away from home.

Housekeeping is completed prior to your arrival and then again after check out. Extended stays, in excess of 7 Nights will receive full housekeeping services once per week. If additional linens are required, please visit our Guest Services located at the front gate.

Do I need to sit through any timeshare ownership presentations at the Island Hideaway?
No, you won't be required to sit through any presentations. We are not a time share.

How do I book a room?
You can either call the resort directly for any last minute promotions we are running, book villa online.
