Island Hideaway builds and sells hotel projects. We have been building in Central Florida in the Kissimmee area, since 1984 and in that time we have built over 1200 condominiums. Our bookings are provided by the major booking engines from Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity.com, Orbitz.com, and from our own corporate web site.

Island Hideaway is a resort property located at 3100 Sand Mine Road, Davenport, Florida. Davenport is located approximately 9 miles from the Main Entrance to Walt Disney World known as “Disney”.
The Island Hideaway compound encompasses 255 Vacation Villas ranging from 1 bedroom units called “Suites” to 5 bedroom units or villas. Many units are complete with Kitchen or Kitchenette, cookware, silverware, washer and dryer, large refrigerator, cable television, in-room safe, ceiling fans, furnished patio and more.

Typical Villas offer the following:
3 bedroom maximum
Located in residential neighborhoods
Do not provide on-site management
Must work with pool settings
Do not include complete dinnerware and
silverware
Responsible for putting trash out
Small Party Areas
Noisy Neighbors
Backyard swimming Pool
Long Distance Calls can't be made without calling card
Few Amenities
These provide a less than optimal vacation experience.

1-2 bedrooms located near the hustle and bustle of Disney, providing a cramped experience for families. Not only is your family stuffed into a small room, you are also forced to spend more money. Going out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with drinks, snacks purchased at shops and vending machines.

Our all NEW resort has 9 room types from an economy hotel room to a 5 bed room vacation villa.
Island Hideaway has a new clubhouse where you can play billiards, work out in the fitness room, and relax in the steam room or sauna. The 2000 sq. ft. pool area is landscaped with palm trees and has plenty of lounge chairs for you to enjoy the sun.

Publix, nearby grocery store, is within walking distance, has everything you need to fill up your villas orlando for your stay.

Our on-site property management can take care of all your needs, from housekeeping to maintenance and even customer service.
