Please consider the following policies about your vacation villas reservation:
• Contact our friendly staff to reschedule your vacation or to make a trip cancellation;
• In case of a trip cancellation, contact the resort 72 hours in advance otherwise a “No Show” charge equal to one room night plus applicable taxes will be charged;

• Notice of cancellation can be delivered to the resort by writing to the resort’s address
• Notice of cancellation can be faxed to the resort’s facsimile number
