1. Express Check-out: No need to get out of your car, on your way out pull up to the security both and check-out right from your car. No hassle or inconvenience, no standing in line.


2. Late Check-out: Need some additional time to pack up? Let us know in advance that you would like to do the “late check-out” and stay for 2 extra hours.


3. Ground Floor Location: ensuring easy access into your vacation villa saving you time and effort during your vacation stay at the Island Hideaway.


4. Poolside Tiki Bar -CLOSED: One of the best features of our resort. We guarantee we are the only rental community in the area with one. If you have been thinking your Florida vacation would be like a tropical paradise, the Island Hideaway pool side Tiki Bar is it.{currently closed}
